T, I don't know what happened to me. I do know that somebody using my social security number and birthdate, but a different mailing address, charged $3000 worth of auto parts. Shoot, everyone knows I can't work on a car, so that should have given them a hint right there. <g>

That must have been one hell of a drunk. From what I understand, my crooks just charged a lot in Northern Houston. BTW, the only time I go to Northern Houston is when I fly out or hit the race track.

The collection agent was a real slime ball. It sounds like you got a good one, too.

However, I am not absolutely convinced that the credit card cos. themselves are not running some of these scams.
