As I said, it is not the class actions that worry me. These complaints and defenses are cookie-cutter stuff, 99% of the time. Get in, get out, shareholders get pennies on the dollar. The real threat is the large shareholders who opt out of the class and go it alone. And I believe I know a few of those already.

I think your dreaming about the $30.00 but who knows.

Just noting that the PR on one of the cases filed said it wasn't until the NYTimes article 2 weeks ago that anything was ever known about the accounting problems at Elan. Looks like Maris may have to be called to defend Elan for this one.
