This is exactly what I expected when first buying GLW at $10; any rebound here is going to be slow going. Much slower than other sectors like the semis in IMHO. As such I have been adding small positions with the knowledge that this will probably be dead money for 18 months or more.

BTW, I have no problem with dead money for 18 months, so long as it comes to life with a vengeance:-)
