As we've learned from other telecom decisions (see story below), deferred = cancelled. As for other projects in Korea, revenues are not the same as profits - where will the capital for the builds come from without prospects for positive return on investments? Where are the profitable business models that are being used to scale up?

Microsoft has taken a stake in Korea Telecom; initiatives there should be followed closely... IMHO. Rob

Word that SK Telecom Co. will defer a purchase decision for Com Dev International Ltd.'s M/ERGY product put Com Dev's shares under pressure yesterday, analysts told Dow Jones. Com Dev posted the news on its Web site Wednesday. It said SK Telecom had previously deferred its M/ERGY decision to April-May, but that date has now "slipped further to early summer." Shares of Com Dev fell 11.9 per cent yesterday. Com Dev produces wireless infrastructure.
