I agree with you that great changes can take place in who or which group will be the dominant player in oil in very few years. In regard to SA, the big issue is the succession struggle to come

If, as the summary says, there will be a new king every two years or so for the next 10, this will clearly lead to new instability. Once the older generation is gone, on the next tier the number of contestants is likely to number, say 100 or more.
