I agree with your first part, but MU may actually ignite the beginning of the spring rally in March. I have been trying to get back in MU here just under $30 for an initial run to the $37/$43 area and in preparation for next year's realization of scenario II (MU at $80/share), and while I had an entry a week ago under $30, i got out because the general market conditions did not warrant staying with it. I think that the next few weeks will provide another opportunity.
