Hi L, I see you're back from the dead -g-

I asked Patrick How can you tell that GE has seen a 16% decline in Institutional ownership in the past month, I was trying to get that function on Thompson with no luck.

If the GE Institutional ownership has declined 16% in one month that a huge shift and I'd say it's pretty bearish if it's true.
