Gottfried, I called a few people in the business in Houston Friday and they all told me the home building business was great in Houston. I find it hard to believe with American General, Continental Airlines, Compaq and Enron all in town. I've learned my lesson on shorting home builders, no more for me. Picking bottoms in stocks like HAL, PGO, SEI and HC makes a lot more sense when you are able to understand the underlying value and buy the stock at a price you would love to pay despite the fact that it may go temporarily lower. Where did you get the PE, EPS charting for TOL? Jim
