If that is true, it proves the legal maxim "hard cases make bad law". Focusing on what Clinton's SEC did and didn't do should explain everything. Note only did they fail to do their job - they affirmatively made "Enron" possible.

Luckily the courts won't allow the Dems schemes in campaign finance "reform". The only reform is to elect honest people - a receptive notion when dealing with the hangover of cras Clintonism.

The whores who back finance "reform" are admitting that they aren't honest and can't be trusted.
