My prediction... Republican threats of hearings into GX bankruptcy are simply shots across the bow to keep Democrats from piling on the Bush administration's connection to ENE. One would hope that Congress might take this opportunity to clean house, write some better legislation, and convince us that they are working on OUR behalf. Of course, most of the readers of this thread won't be shocked when Congressional hearings into huge corporate bankruptcies simply wind down and the status quo remains.
