Japan is bigger than Tokyo. I read somewhere and don't have a URL that the people living in the rural areas are converting from Yen to gold.

People who live in New York City can easily get foreign currency accounts at the larger banks, but if you live in rural America they are not available. I have checked the banks in Minneapolis and foreign currency accounts are not available here. Now Minneapolis may be considered to most as rural. <g>
