I mainly play Aussie stocks because: 1. I don't want to hold USD in any size and haven't got a futures account to play with currency. 2. There are tax advantages to Aussie investors 3. You don't have to be up in the middle of the night to trade them. 4. I can easily get first hand feel for what is going on here - "color" so to speak There is 29000 tonnes in all central banks. I guess with gold production accelerating it might just be true that that is 25% of gold mined. David
