<<History has shown that the gun is the most stable currency. When things really get bad, you can't eat gold.

Guns give you options, like who to shoot. >>

From what I tracked there were at least many cases, under the prior President, where firearms lost value and more where they no longer continued to gain value. In many cases, money invested in firearms lost ground against inflation.

You cannot eat guns either. I tried one time, but it tasted lousy. Nutrititive value, despite their being high in iron, is quite low. There was a fellow in the States a while back who used to eat ground glass and the like. He actually ate a whole Cessna airplane. The trick is to cut it up in bite size pieces. Apparently it does not get caught in your intestines like everyone thinks, 90% of it is absorbed in Stomach acids which will dissolve most anything. I believe he drinks lots of milk and eats bread too to get the stuff coated.

Perhaps I should eat a bar of gold, as an investment. When time get tough I will simply get liposuction and render the fat for its metal value.
