LLCF,

"well we know there won't be much "breaking out!!!"

It's not that there won't be. I'm sure there's going to be a handful of companies out there that are destined to shine this qtr. But overall the pressure that is bearing down on prices is huge and should keep things in check through the first qtr.

Here's a coule of points of interest:

Stocks like FCEL and CHKP have patterns with the makeup of a disaster. It is not to say that it's going to happen just that the potential is there.

The Utilities are close to breaking some key support. Probably the whole ENE thing.

I would not trust the positive price action in WCOM the last couple of days. I believe this company at least according to its chart is in deep trouble. The company has lost more than 2/3 of market cap (from high to low) just in the past month. There should be more pressure to come.

Stocks like HWP, EMLX, ISSX and many of the chips are just a few other late to the table. I believe their pressure is coming. As a matter of fact the chips could be the sector of the week. Worth keeping an eye on.

Bonds should be watched here for a potential turn.

Just a couple of things to keep an eye on.

SO
