The Feds and State destroyed industries more than once.

I'm not a fan of Gustapo tactics on companies...When that happens companies get defensive and almost feel justified doing stuff just to survive...

I don't think the government will learn from past abuses...It's a tough balance and a tough call...To bad you can't just trust the guys at the top to do the right thing...Until you trust them they won't do the right thing.

Government abuse can take on a life of its' own...when it becomes a business just like anything else...trying to make the managment look good.
