I cannot agree with you here Marcos. In my figuring, I gave the Kemess Mine a current Net Asset Value of ZERO, and calculated what I felt was a reasonable option value of the mine's future production... I arrived at a figure that was above the current market value even after allowing for the dilution caused by the convertible preferred shares. IMHO if the current market value is justified by option value alone, downside risk is insignificant, compared to upside potential.
