PCSTEL, there are indeed lessons to be learned from Vesper. One is that it is difficult to compete in an area that for too long has had a telephone monopoly, where the established powers very reluctantly allow outsiders to enter the market. Another is that an established phone service, no matter how limited it may be, is a different kettle of fish from no phone service whatsoever. That is the market addressed by WLL in India, and it is likely to be a big one. Art
