I prefer structural reform, or structural remedies (such as our Constitution's reliance on balance of powers) to insure against corruption and double-dealing in public office impacting the Republic. A little more assured a solution than that mythic quest of "waiting for that one honest man".


Obviously you know nothing of history. The Founders' prescription was for people to elect people of virtue.

As for "structural reform" - again, you know nothing of history. Scoundrels - like Clinton-Gore, can get around any law. Such "reforms" are effective just until the scoundrels found a way around them.
