Iran, Iraq Seek Rapprochement Even before President Bush clubbed Iraq and Iran together in an "axis of terror," Iraq issued a statement asking Iran to help bury lingering animosities between the two nations. Iraq is planning to resume air services to Iran so that Iranian pilgrims can visit Shi-ite holy sites in Iraq.
