Win,

I've read the Morris bio of Roosevelt recently. I recommend it. The opening forty or fifty pages are not to be missed. It bogs down somewhere in the middle for a while, however.

But good stuff, particularly, if you are, like me, a political junkie.

John

Does his wife still have the championship on attempted assassinations, 38 or whatever it was??

And was she the only one who predicted that using local property taxes to fund local education would
be something to remember until changed??

Any knowledge on any early opinions on selling the frequency bands of TV, as the first radio-president they
must have thought about that issue??

Ilmarinen

When did that university Roosevelt went to decide to remember him?? (the class-enemy or maybe it was
mainly his wife)
