Excellent article..thanks Former Joe

strangely enough..or obviously...I hate all the bands named as the "hot" artists in that piece...and I use the term "artist" very liberally

I love Wilco and I dug Whiskeytown (RYAN ADAMS' band)

it is true that teenagers drive record sales...remember last year when Beatles "1" kicked all their asses..Suddenly my shit was cool to my kids...LOL! Actually my kids have always been Beatles fans as they were raised on it, but they get to an age where they won't admit what they like and fall victim to peer pressure on the music front

Dylan, god bless him, has given us everything we could ever hope for in an ARTIST..great lyrics, deep lessons, never never selling out, living a good life in the face of all the wankers who can't control themselves.

"I LOVE BOB DYLAN! " is something that will echo for generation after generation...and the farther down the road ahead the more his genius will be heralded. Perhaps the fact that he's always here and always touring make some not appreciate that one day he won't be here. Taking the best things in life for granted is a human condition well traveled

On a personal note: I can't stop listening to "Mississippi"

"I LOVE BOB DYLAN!"
