I made it in one day without plans....kinda played it by ear. All the material was from the scrap pile from the construction site. I was originally going to put dormers on it, but cats don't do dormers! They like to lay on the roof. The weekend after I made it Liz & her daughters had a yard sale and had 10 or 12 people try to buy it for anywhere from $125 to $150. It'll probably be a good hobby to get into when I retire. One of these days I'll take a picture of it and post it.
