Looks like your statement about these lies answered your own question. If it is right to time the market(everyone know the truth of this), then there must be, likewise,times where gold is a safety zone.

The day when gold is a safety zone may last (at least part of) years on end.

Good Hutch, you are finally starting to "get it." Now lets take
another baby step Hutch and try and reach the next point.

First ignore stuff like "gold is a safe haven" as these are the
building blocks for your later in life steps to an understanding.

On second thought Hutch i think its time for me to introduce you
to ron-ron so that you can leave this GPM thread and wander with him
in that land of nobody i'm a somebody.
