Seeing as judges are elected in Texas, that the TSC members have donors is something which should be no surprise.

There is a notion about the "appearance of conflict". Perhaps you may have heard of it. Notice that Ashcroft was able to recuse himself in the case of Enron. I made the point earlier and you can't seem to grasp it. The TSC doesn't even have an option of recusing itself in an Enron case. That's a major failure in the Texas judicial system.
