Valiant effort on defending Department of Defense "Macaroni and Cheese" research. <ROTFLOL>. How about just putting the purchase out for a bid? Let the contractor prove it's nutrious and has a long life. I know, you probably didn't think of it....or perhaps you thought the "technology" was out of the reach of the private sector and it needed high tech research funds. jttmab
