Why would I worry about him? Point was that he did time, paid a huge fine and got barred from securities, yet I'm not convinced anyone ever really showed an actual crime. Wasn't his some kind of RICO conviction? Rico was what they used to nail people who they couldn't pin any specific crime on, but politically they had to "get" for something.
