Most assuredly, and customer financing has proven to be a risky game. Apparently it's necessary for them, given the limitations of the technology they're promoting.

I'm not pushing NOK; far from it. But I did want to point out that they have virtually no debt, and that they market their business to the Street very effectively. I wish Q would take some lessons on that.
