Hi jpgill: Yep, the 45's were already a double at their high today. Only a few traded at that level the opening hour, though.

Not bad for one day.

Enron's Board Gives Black Eye to Efforts Aimed at Improving Corporate Governance

The spectacular failure of the Enron board to question company management about activities that could, and did, harm the company, will have an impact on more than just the shareholders, employees and creditors, say several Wharton faculty members and a former CEO.
