Yes, I know that you think that they say they are losing money, will lose money and may never make money just to please the lawyers -- but you do not seem to realize that they say it because it is entirely possible. This is a company that could go bankrupt -- will it? Only time will tell. But you own stuff that can just die. It is left for dead because it is very possible that it will die. I don't think you understand that. With investments like that you risk losing 100% of your money.
