Somebody threw a bar stool at ACRT.

Just looking at their profile and recent news, I see they were upgraded on 1/25/02. I dont know why anyone would take any notice of an analyst rating.

Actrade Financial Technologies (ACRT) provides short-term financing solutions for large dollar business-to-business transactions. Its patented technology allows these loans to clear like a check. Suppliers provide discounts for immediate cash payment in business transactions. He recommended the stock at $24, it is now at $33. The company's P/E was 10.5 with ROE at 30% and net profit margin was 39%. No one else does this hugely profitable financing. The company increased net income from $758,000 in, to $21.4 million in 2001 and he estimates $35.5 million for 2002. Diamond has a $40 price target, although that could increase as the company blew away Diamond's estimates by $.07 on Thursday, January 24th.
