Jeff, ABN Amro didn't upgrade CSCO today. They upgraded back in November when the stock was a bit north of 18.

The target price has gone from $25 to $35, though.

They usually put a 12 month timeframe on it. I think it's too aggressive, but I like the increasing number of upgrades. That's a good sign that people are looking at the glass as half full, not empty.
