Good to hear from you and appreciate the thoughts. It's good to debate accounting since there are so many misconceptions. I think if people know more about it, they will understand that there isn't much to fear. I hate to say this, because I didn't like my days as an accountant, but I think no education is complete without at least one accounting and one finance course. Yes, even for those liberal arts majors. If you ever plan on having money, it behooves you to know something about it, rather than depending on others. Self-reliance once was a staple of American society. I hope we haven't fallen that far. :)
