Reminds me of a student demonstration I saw many years ago. At first the leaders tried to get students to stop eating at the dining halls to protest something or other. It didn't work, especially since they had already paid for the meals. So the next tactic was, people with bullhorns bellowing, "GO to the cafeteria . . .and EAT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE . . .REPEAT . . . EAT AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE." That stock sell-a-thon might just happen anyway. Then the leaders can claim victory.
