hmmm you didn't list the 2 most likely, imo.

-buyout at a nice premium (positive)
-dilution as a result of additional financing

I'm in-between both of you. I believe the really bad business models in comm infrastructure are gone (gx etc.). Whats left are survivors but what are they worth? WCOM is starting to buy big software again, and the carriers are running primetime commercials too - they weren't doing that for a while.

How many customers does Onis have? I'm not current but last November they listed THREE. Cable&wireless (CWP), Qwest (Q), and the third I can't remember. Investing in a company who only has only 3 customers is risky if you were to ask me.
