Good memory my friend. The current one is to replace that one, those guys surely did not have the opportunity to convert, but they probably used it to short against the block, that might have been the reason for CYMI unusual srength in the last few days. I would surmize the underwriters approached those guys first, and when they learned of the new convert (which sooner or later will be called) they had to undo their hedge.
