Nortel Weekly stockcharts.com[e,a]wallyiay[df][pb20!f][vc60][iud20!ub14!ll14!la12,26,9!lp14,3,3!lc20][J2755242,Y]&listNum=6 In those weeks just after 9-11, I was watching and using the Daily charts, but as we've reached this period (as I see it) of overall market uncertainty, I've been more focused on the Weekly charts, like those I pointed out in the Weekend Index Review. There are three signals marked on the price line of this Weekly chart. Sell signal - September 2000 - at just over $100. Buy signal - November 2001 - at around $10.50 Sell signal - late January 2002 - at around $10.75 I'm just guessing at those prices. It was *lucky* (heavy irony intended) for fund managers that Nortel rallied in December, saving them from having to report the prior-to-that losses in mutual funds. I've enclosed the last non-trending period for the ADX. Sell signal, from the Stochastic, there too.
