Thanks also, Mark for the links. I'll start reading it after I calm down from watching Canada's Pelletier and Jamie Sale, Silver in pairs figure skating. Irks me always watching figure skating judging.

Silver lining for Canada
(Feb 11) (tsn.ca) - Jamie Sale was involved in a collision during warm ups, but it did not prevent her from skating a nearly flawless routine on the way to winning a silver medal with partner David Pelletier during the pairs free skate.

Sale collided with Russian Anton Sikharulidze earlier in the evening, but did not require medical attention and did not show any ill effects during her and Pelletier's Love Story routine.

With grades ranging from 5.8 to 5.9, Sale and Pelletier fell just short of Russian pair Yelena Berezhnaya and Anton Sikharulidze who entered the evening in first place after Saturday's short program.

In fact, Sikharulidze's rough landing on a double axel moments before Sale and Pelletier took the ice provided a slim opening for the Canadian pair to overtake their Russian counterparts. However, it was not to be. (more...)
