"this could be" or They were not sure. I am guessing it is because they didn't know about the Internic registration database. Did you actually go to Hell and see what the accommodation looked like ? As I understand it Hell is on the second floor so that every room can be right over top of tavern. There is a live band every night until 3:00AM Live is a misnomer, the band isn't alive, it is live music played by the dead, but they play really loud and they are grateful.
