Yes... it all boils down to "ratings". I remember in 1978 when a student was shut in the leg by the Shah's soldiers, there was his pictures on the cover of Time magazine and you read a lot of things on how the Shah's regime was oppressing its opponents, etc. Today you hardly see anything even though the level of oppression and torture, are 1000 times worse than what they were in the old regime. It is simply a matter of rating and what the media thinks people would care about! And that is the sad part of an open society. Anyway...
