Is Bush talking with a forked satanic tongue, or foot and hand not doing the same as the (domestic?)mouth??

Seems this has been the EU assumption upto know, a domestic tradition of the US 2-party system, but now the
foot should start to fit the mouth, to put it somewhat Molly Ivanic.
