Magoo - Re:"There were shortages - you might remember I printed the Intel letter that said so..."

WOW !! You printed a letter and that is absolute proof of what? That the Two Men and a Dog Computing company can not get the particular speed, socket and price from their usual sources in the grey market for instant delivery.

Your standards for authenticating information would embarrass a Gypsy Fortune Teller.

Mageek - Rubbish yourself. I published a URL of a company - PRIVATELY TO YOU - that was selling the exact same Northwood product that you claimed was UNAVAILABLE.

Then you had the unmitigated gall to dismiss this out of hand as irrelevant. Sure - facts are irrelevant to quacks like you.

You are clearly a poster of untruths, half truths and assorted garbage - with an agenda to discredit successful companies that you personally do not like.

Keep pushing out your rubbish - Mageek- it apparently is good for your health.

Mr so-called Engel

Mike, speaking of helping along AMD, here's an article of yours that begs for taking exception to:

"High density Athlon server launched".........

.......But now we've heard from CCSI that it is offering what it claims is the first 1U server, chassis and power supply for Athlon MPs.

High density nowadays is blade servers. 1 - 2Ps in 1U chassis started shipping from Compaq in 1999, followed by the other major OEMs toot sweet.
