I wonder what is weighing on CSCO stock more--accounting questions or valuations. I tend to believe it is about valuations. jmho

Bezenet acquires 20% of Cisco Italia 11:10 Monday February 11, 2002, Telecom.paper Bezenet announced that they have signed a binding letter of intent to acquire 20% of the capital stock of Cisco Italia, a European provider of logistic services. This acquisition will give the opportunity to the combined group to co-share in fees and expenses. The investment in Cisco Italia is USD 10 million (EUR 11.37 mln) with undisclosed terms and conditions, with the final closing of the agreement to occur apporximately February 15, 2002, subject to due diligence by both parties. Bezenet is a diversified conglomerate operating directly and franchising in the Internet. In the Internet arena, Bezenet owns and operates several URL portals designed for European and American users looking to do and/or expand business overseas, providing commercial, legal, and technical assistance with full-service personalized direct support, including joint ventures and local commercial representatives. Cisco Italia provides service in logistics, transportation and security across Europe.
