From Robbie Stevens:

"Leap Wireless a [NASDAQ: LWIN $9.42]

12-Month Price Target: $33.00
F2002E EPS: $(13.00), up from $(21.25)
Frank Marsala, Wireless Telecom

Investment Conclusion: Yesterday, Leap Wireless reported solid fourth quarter results, guidance for a 2002 EBITDA loss better than what most analysts were expecting, and importantly, the company provided comments regarding its liquidity position that were more positive than investors were expecting. With good growth, guidance better than we were expecting, liquidity in better shape than the market had been pricing in, with a high probability that covenants will be updated and with an equity attractively valued at $25 per licensed POP, we reiterate our Strong Buy rating and our 12-month price target of $31 per share."
