I had another, even lower speed, but probably the quietest 60 mm fan available, I think it was this one: phamcomputer.safeshopper.com but I was a bit concerned about it's cooling power, so I switched to Sanyo Denki, and I didn't notice much difference in noise between these 2 quiet fans, but Sanyo Denki improved the temperature. I made a difference vs. the older CPUfans But, IMO, but the case fans made more difference.
