I am an upset Darleen today i watch the trees on my street being trimmed by some very diligent workers who are dealing with cars that park well beyond the 72 hour parking limit of a law, that remains on books that is never enforced.

This is wasted money due to time loss caused by the difficulty these people are having moving between cars. If this service is subcontracted out this street here was one total loss to the bidder. I suppose in LA it is not worth the effort to tag cars for parking beyond limit so why is the law on the books then? Or is it laws are made so they can be broken as they aren't going to be enforced.
