Buy, sell and exchange fuel oil, distillates, blending components and
related commodity derivatives.

Trader, with other commercial experience. Typical tasks and
assignments will include:
Analysis of buy/sell/exchange economics. Inventory management.
Determines cost effective blending Direct bunker sales strategy
Propose risk management/ hedging strategies. Recommend short and
long term trading/supply strategy. Recommend term/spot-negotiating
strategy. Evaluate supply/demand balances that affect commercial
strategies. Serve on cross-functional teams. ICTS portfolio
management. Participates in and contributes to risk or strategy team
annual business plan. Provides short-term market forecasts. Analyzes
the appropriate timing of and execution of commercial transactions.
Risk Management skills
Technical/financial impact, Commercial/customer knowledge, Complexity
of Business Environment/Trading, Product/Geographic responsibility.

Has petroleum market understanding/knowledge/ intelligence. Relates
specific area logistical information to specific market knowledge.
Understands commercial impacts of logistics. Seeks and builds on
knowledge in current and other functional areas to enhance overall
unit/team performance. Understands the application of petroleum
processes, refinery operations, product specifications, marine product
logistics including blending, and trade economics, applying data to
decrease company exposure. Knowledge of Risk Management tools
and techniques.

Bachelor Degree required preferably in Business Administration.
Advance Degree preferred but not required. Relocation benefits will
not be provided for this position.
