I don't have any knowledge of HOFF having asbestos exposure, but I've heard that from other posters.

Jane-
HOFF had two workers file a suit against it for "unsafe working conditions", i.e, they were exposed to asbestos on one of their barges.
They did not assert any injury or asbestos related disease, merely that conditions weren't safe at the present time.
Doesn't mean, though, that some others might not assert actual injury, in the future.
