Does anybody know how many stockholders Enron had last summer and how much stock was held by employees in 401K or other pension plans?

It is my understanding that the vote is tomorrow. They have structured it in order to try to pass something and not have it hijacked off into committee, where it would sit forever. The battle now is to keep it out of committee.

Re: the alert...Question: If the Government hadn't issued that alert, and when the notice was sent to 18,000 worldwide agencies in the world by the FBI coordinating information....

WHAT do you think some of the media, and others, would have had to say about if the US DIDN'T issue the alert???

Do you think there would have been any questions/and or propaganda about the Government ""hiding"" this information?

There are some in this country, and other countries that would like the US to be wrong, no matter what they do.

Personally, I have been surprised that ANY reporter has not made that observation.
