GTSM is a scam.

All you need to consider is this -- 3 PRs by GTSM:

=========
#1 Galtech Semiconductor Materials Corp. has announced a major breakthrough in the growth of gallium arsenide. ''This is perhaps the most significant breakthrough in techniques of compound crystal growth in the past 34 years ... possibly the most significant breakthrough since crystals have been grown,'' said Worth P. Allred....This means that the quality of GSM's gallium arsenide is approximately 10 times superior to substrates currently being produced. GSM, a current manufacturer and supplier of high quality cadmium telluride, gained recent notoriety with the superior quality of their products as well as wafer size being two to three times larger than the industry standard.

#2 Galtech Semiconductor Materials Corp. has opened new facilities in Salt Lake City. The company produces cadmium telluride semiconductor material.

#3Galtech Semiconductor Materials Corp. (OTC BULLETIN BOARD: GTSM) announced today the opening of its new facilities in Salt Lake City, Utah to produce Cadmium Telluride semi- conductor material. ...Galtech CEO, Mr. Russ Chapman, states, "We are enthusiastic about our new facility because Cadmium Telluride is the semi-conductor of the future and, with the additional equipment, Galtech is poised to become a chief supplier to the multi-billion-dollar semiconductor industry.

Get the trick?

#1 is from 1987

#2 and #3 are from 1996

All of them are untrue -- right?

so how can you trust GTSM or any PRs it issues now?

(I could give more examples -- such as GTSM's laughable "white paper" which was a cover for the fact it's one confirmed boule since 1990 was tested, but no written report was prepared: guess why? Ummm, maybe because GTSM didn't want anyone to see the results?).

Even during the period between the big breakthrough (1987) and 1990 (when production stopped -- a long time ago) GTSM had only about $600k of revenue on which it LOST about $76k (so much for their special hi-efficient system!!!).

Meanwhile, the only tech guy left is Allred, the 74+ year old guy who hasn't been able to reproduce his supposed miracle semiconductor of 1987.

If you really care more about what I think, try looking at most posts on Ragingbull (my name their is "Tilyou").

--What is wrong with selling them, as you say, in a remote city of Albania

Because GTSM's supposed product has a very limited number of very sophisticated buyers. Sure, they might be some in China, or Albania or the Moscow Foot Massage Research Institute.... but

(1) any claimed sale there is more difficult to confirm, which is to say easier to make up. Many scam companies (ECO2, TXMC) have used this method

(2) the most likley buyers are local -- major familiar real name companies in the U.S.. If they don't buy, China, Albania, etc. are not likely to buy either.

Also consider that GTSM's SEC reports have explained for years that the company does not have money to make tests, and that it must make many tests before it can reproduce its semiconductor magic of 1987 (yes, 15 years ago) which it has not been able to reproduce reliably up until now.
