mindmeld, The other thing to look at is Cisco's end markets, carriers and enterprise.

I believe corporations did spend and therefore cisco did not suffer as bad as Lucent or NT.
However, if corporations cut a bit or don't increase spending, Cisco is overvalued a lot.

Conversely, NT and Lucent only sell into the carrier market. Saw an analyst, Paul Sagawa on TV sounding positive on NT and thinks that the spending cycle has bottomed among carriers. I wonder if he is as positive on cisco. I doubt it unless he sees a strengthening enterprise market.
